Cornell Dubilier
The history of Cornell Dubilier is the story of the development of the capacitor industry. The company was started just after the turn of the century by William Dubilier in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Dubilier received international acclaim when he developed a method of transmitting voice and music. He then developed the mica capacitor which revolutionized radio transmission. General Instrument
