My print spooler will not run, says it can't access a particular memory location, when it tries to start.

When your Print Spooler fails to Run or Start, gives an error of 1053, 1068 or says it can't read from a particular memory location using the following Command at the Command Prompt has solved these problems in the past.

At the Command Prompt enter this:

SC config spooler depend= RPCSS

Type it exactly as shown.
