I have looked for the Command Prompt in Windows 10 but it looks like i need help locating it.

Try clicking the Icon in lower left corner of screen.
In the window that opens up, scroll down to Windows System and click on it.
Here you will find Command Prompt, click on it and the Command Prompt window will open up.
