I notice that the Run Window is not shown in the Start Menu. How do I find it?

The Run Window in Windows 7 is not visible in the Start Menu by default. You can add it by following below:

RT Click on the Start Button in the lower left corner of screen.
Click on Properties.
Click on Start Menu Tab.
Click on Customize.
In the Start Menu options scroll down to Run Command and check its box.
Click OK.

The Run Command Window should now be visible in the Start Menu.

If you only want to temporally use the Run Command and prefer not to use the steps above. You can use the short cut keys (Windows logo key+R), this will open the Run Command Window.
