The Task Manager provides you with useful computer performance information (such as CPU usage, Memory usage, Network Link Speed, etc) and allows you to terminate inactive or non-responsive programs and Processes if you need to. You can also opt for a reporting mechanism that best suits your specific requirements.

You can get to the Task Manager by placing the cursor on the Task Bar and right clicking, then click on Task Manager.
