My printer fax window is empty except for Add Printer. I had six or more items in this window. Can you help me?

You can try this:

Goto Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services

Under Services find Print Spooler, it has probably stopped for some reason. Start it and then check your printer fax window, you should see your installed printers and faxes.
