I'm using a Windows operating system and would like to use a different program to open .pdf files. How can I do this?

An email to Tech Support from Robbi.

In Windows goto Control Panel, then click on Folder Options, click on File Type Tab, in this window scroll down to the file type you want (.pdf), click on it, then in the details area for your extension type, click on the change button. In the window that pops up you can choose the program you want to open your file type extension. If you only want this to be temporary Uncheck the Always use box. If its always to be the App to open this file type, until you change it, leave the box checked. Click OK, Click OK. This should do what you want.
