It is not uncommon to find files and folders left behind after uninstalling a program. A lot of uninstallers fail to do a good job of uninstalling an application. The solution is to use a brute force uninstaller, a utility that removes not only the application but all of the pieces it leaves behind. You need to be carefull here, sometimes a file is left behind because it was being shared with another application and to remove it could cause other applications to fail or crash. If there is any dought leave the file or folder and do not remove or delete it, some uninstaller applications will give you some guidance in this area.
