This is just one way, I'm sure there are others. Open Outlook In Menu Bar, Click on GO Click on Calendar Expand Calendar Window, on right side of calendar, move cursor to double vert lines. Click and Hold, drag to the right Now press Print Screen (PrtScn) Button on keyboard Open Word Click Ctrl - V Once image appears, Right Click on it Click Cut Goto Desktop, Right Click, Click Paste Goto C:/Documents & Settings/user The image should be there and on your Desktop. |
